CenterWorks Real-time

CenterWorks-Real-time is an entry level package for customers who require only the real-time KPI feedback to the agents. This package comes with the MyReflector module which is required to route the real-time KPI data to the agent’s desktop directly. For historical performance analysis, customers can continue using their existing traditional ACD or dialer reporting tool and later on upgrade to CW - Express for unified performance view.

• It provides real-time process KPI feedback directly to the agents on their desktops
• It can be integrated with ACD, Dialer, WFM and other systems via integration adaptors
• It is a very low cost solution
• It can be implemented within few days with minimal customization
