Overview
Metrica Systems is an innovative contact center Operations Support System
(OSS) solution provider based in Bangalore, India. Metrica’s objective is to provide the contact centers and back office processing centers with a robust operations support system for managing performance end to end so that service delivery operations can be performed more efficiently.
Team
Metrica is managed by an experienced team of professionals with previous
work experience in organizations such as Cisco Systems, NCR Corp and Tata
Telecom (presently Avaya GlobalConnect) and AT&T. The team has very strong
hands on experience in call centre technologies, operations and management
issues.
The team is also advised by several senior level professionals in the global
technology vendor organizations as well as leading contact centers in India.
